Gray Miller
Founder and Chief Executive Office
Gray Miller is the founder of Titanium Healthcare and is a very seasoned leader. He began his career with service in the United States Navy on a fast attack, nuclear submarine. He also spent 10 years at General Electric company as a process improvement expert in GE’s Six Sigma initiative.
Gray wanted to apply the engineering and process improvement methodologies to an industry that vitally needed it: healthcare. He started up a business delivering healthcare to mineworkers and their families then led a hospitalist company headquartered in Houston, TX as President and CEO for 6 years.
Gray is a graduate of the US Navy’s nuclear engineering program, has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland, is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management program and is a certified Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Quality Leader.
Joe Jordan, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Jordan has over 20 years in leadership of health care. He began his career as a Hospitalist Physician. After spending time in hospitals and with hospitalist physicians, Dr. Jordan realized that the processes for patient care could be vastly improved. Characterized by lots of paper and redundant effort, the changing of these processes became his mission. Dr. Jordan then lead the Kaiser Mid-Atlantic division as a Hospitalist Physician Executive. Dr. Jordan was most recently Chief Medical Officer for Intercede Health, in Houston, TX, where he led 150 physicians in activities ranging from Hospitalist to Intensivist and Utilization Management.
Dr. Jordan has also worked extensively on the payor side, both private and Medicare, to improve care management processes facilitating the payor- provider relationship.
Dr. Jordan has a passion for excellence and efficiency. In particular, the space of chronic patient management is an area where doing the right thing for the patient creates value across the board and saves significant expense.
Dr. Jordan graduated from Medical College of Virginia, earned his undergraduate from the University of Virginia and his MBA from George Washington University.
John Lawson
Vice President, Business Development
John Lawson leads all aspects of business development for Titanium Healthcare. He has worked for over 30 years in capacities where he gets the most out of teams. John spent 10 years coaching American football in Denmark and believes that healthcare is in need of a strong offense! John is also a seasoned recruiting executive with over 15 years in leadership positions. He has grown recruiting organizations from the ground up and is also a person who has a wide breadth of life experiences.
Personal experiences in Danish healthcare versus American healthcare led him to the conclusions that there was much to be improved. John also knew that great teams come from outstanding performers. He applies that to his healthcare activities every day.
John earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Southern Connecticut State University.
Eric Gittens
Vice President, Operations
Eric is a mission-driven operations healthcare leader with over 10 years of industry experience with for-profit and non-profit healthcare systems. He began his career in multi-site operations of inpatient service lines before transitioning over to outpatient ambulatory clinic operations. Eric believes healthcare should be patient focused and people centric. Eric is a proven team builder and catalyst with expertise in continuous quality improvement, strategic thinking, planning, and execution resulting in organizational growth. He develops leaders, staff, programs and builds consensus within diverse groups and promotes team cohesiveness.
When I read about Titanium and what their mission is I was immediately filled with hope that my generation and generations to come will get to experience a new form of healthcare that will eliminate redundancy in visits and increase the quality output of care. The team here at Titanium is committed to treating the entirety of complex patients and being thorough with each visit.
Ahmad Qudaiesat
Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Health Homes Program
Ahmad Qudaiesat is an American board-certified Nurse Practitioner with two Masters in Healthcare Management and an MS in Nursing with a focus on family practice. Growing up in Jordan, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST).
Ahmad’s past roles as an ER director, hospital policy developer, and emergency provider, have led him to be passionate about helping patients efficiently navigate the healthcare system. With his understanding of the patients’ root causes:“medically/mentally/socially” along with his administrative background and leadership skills, Ahmad has a vision for finding solutions for better care coordination and health management, health promotion, transitional care and keeping patient’s care centered.
His position as director of the Health Homes program aligns well to help patients stay away from hospitals and reduce healthcare costs.

Kelly Phe, CPA, MBA
Controller
Kelly Phe had over ten years of financial management experience in both non-profit and healthcare industries. Before joining Titanium, she spent most of her career in public auditing performing financial audits for local non-profits, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), insurance payors, and community hospitals. She saw the inefficiencies and gaps in our healthcare system during her career, which drives her passion for being part of a company focused on delivering intentional and quality wrap-around services to our community and those who need it most.
Kelly leverages her experience in finance and data to drive efficiency, workflow improvements, and cost-effective decisions. She believes that you can achieve high-yielding results without sacrificing quality or heart. She applies that logic and her passion for excellence here at Titanium Healthcare.
Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant in California. She received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from the University of California, Irvine. She also serves as a Board Member of Joseph’s House in Washington D.C.
Kelly Danna
Chief Financial Officer
Kelly Danna brings over twenty years progressive experience in finance and operations to Titanium. Kelly’s deep understanding of the world of healthcare combined with her extensive financial expertise means she’s able to truly navigate the complexities of healthcare finance.
Prior to joining Titanium, Kelly was CFO for VEP Healthcare (1M+ patient visits and $1B+ in annual gross revenue). Kelly also brings strong qualifications in developing and implementing financial controls and processes – in addition to productivity improvements and change management.
Cody Hall
Compliance Officer
As a member of the US Marine Corps Reconnaissance Teams, Cody Hall sharpened his leadership skills, drive for mission accomplishment, and team welfare. As a Human Resources leader, he’s applied those skills by developing and growing effective teams, and guiding industry giants and fast-growing startups to success. Whilst at Apple, Cody learned the value of team diversity and individual cultural contribution. Through a fascination with and experience of tech start-ups, Cody has a true understanding of the values of small company traits such as nimbleness and passion. He believes that the growth and success of an organization does not mean the absence of passion and ability for rapid change.
When the purpose of Titanium Healthcare was brought to Cody, he knew that had found a civilian mission with meaning as important as our Nation’s Security – saving healthcare. Joining the Titanium Executive team fulfilled Cody’s drive for being a part of something greater than himself.

Talin Nemri
Regional Medical Director
Dr. Nemri’s passion is to make the healthcare system better. With experience in both inpatient (as a hospitalist) and outpatient, Dr. Nemri has first-hand knowledge of where the gaps in healthcare are. She has noted that many times, efforts to effectively discharge patients were thwarted by a lack of PCP availability and support services.
Dr. Nemri is American board Certified In Internal Medicine (ABIM). She grew up in Jordan and graduated with honors after a full academic scholarship at the University of Jordan/Amman. She completed her residency training in Internal medicine at Wayne State University, Michigan.
Tor Miller
Chief Marketing Officer
As Creative Director, Tor Miller’s role is to cultivate and advance the Titanium brand. Simply put: How we look, what we say, and how we say it.
Tor has over 25 years of experience as a designer working for global brands both here in the US and overseas. During the past 10 years, she’s focused on serving the healthcare community – her mission: “To bring some clarity and simplicity to the maelstrom that is healthcare through the use of clear messaging and engaging imagery.”
As the brand gatekeeper for Titanium Healthcare, Tor passionately believes in the use of words and pictures to effectively connect with patients.
Tor is a graduate of Bournemouth School of Art & Design, and Kingston University, London, England.
Jennifer Vineyard
Director of Practice Development
Jennifer Vineyard is Titanium’s on the ground, in the field, leader– engaging the community, and our partners and colleagues to continue building relationships in all areas seeking a higher expectation of healthcare. She is devoted to establishing and spreading the Titanium philosophy as the standard expectation for healthcare today.
Jennifer comes from a diverse background of marketing, community outreach, home health, home care, and clinical surgical technology. This experience has qualified her to lead us in our mission to improve healthcare as we know it. Her connection with her mom’s healthcare and the failure of the current system is the most significant reason she is relentless in making sure we all have the quality healthcare we deserve.
Reuben Smith
Director of Human Resources
Reuben is an accomplished Human Resources professional equipped with over 10 years of progressive experience in HR across several industries, such as Supply Chain and HR Tech. His passion for people, accessibility, innovation, and total wellness are what led him to Titanium Healthcare. Reuben specializes in the cultivation of culture and development of programs and organizations from the ground up. Prior to joining us, he was an Executive Business Analyst at 3x Forbes Best Startup Employer, BambeeHR where he was a key contributor in the securing of both Series A and B funding, in addition to growing the business 400%~ over the course of two years. Prior to these accomplishments, he was a Sr. HR Business Partner at Amazon launching supplemental Fulfillment Centers, building network-wide Career Development initiatives, and reducing Unemployment Liabilities for his homesite by 1.2~ million YoY through the reverse engineering of Exits data to cultivate a healthier and more efficient workplace. Reuben received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from California State University, San Bernardino.
