How does it work? 

Call your local Titanium clinic to arrange a convenient time to set-up a video call with your provider. Or, if you prefer, you can book your appointment here:

Just mention that you’d like a video call in the comments box and we’ll get right back to you. 

If for some reason you’re not able to manage a video call, we can do this via telephone, but we find a video call is more effective as it allows your provider to connect with you on a more personal level. Telehealth visits are availble from all Titanium clinics.

What do I need to do? 

When you schedule your appointment we’ll help you get everything set-up for your telehealth visit:

• Please have all your medications handy so that your provider can discuss these with you.
• Post-discharge patients are asked to have their paperwork at hand.
• Give yourself 5-10 minutes before your appointment, just to gather your medications and other information that you’d like to share with your provider.
