‘Seeing’ your doctor
We love to see our patients in person, but we understand that it’s not always possible. When you’re feeling unwell, it’s beneficial to actually ‘see’ your doctor (even if it’s via video). When you’re feeling vulnerable, connecting with a friendly face you know and trust really helps.
How does it work?
Call your local Titanium clinic to arrange a convenient time to set-up a video call with your provider. Or, if you prefer, you can book your appointment here:
Just mention that you’d like a video call in the comments box and we’ll get right back to you.
If for some reason you’re not able to manage a video call, we can do this via telephone, but we find a video call is more effective as it allows your provider to connect with you on a more personal level. Telehealth visits are availble from all Titanium clinics.
What do I need to do?
When you schedule your appointment we’ll help you get everything set-up for your telehealth visit:
- Please have all your medications handy so that your provider can discuss these with you.
- Post-discharge patients are asked to have their paperwork at hand.
- Give yourself 5-10 minutes before your appointment, just to gather your medications and other information that you’d like to share with your provider.
24/7 after hours support
Don’t forget that all active Titanium patients can get after hours support. If you need to talk to a provider and it can’t wait, or if you even have a question about your medications, you can call us anytime.
